Attorney Darian L. Conston is an experienced criminal defense and civil attorney serving clients across Southern Texas, both on the state level and within the Southern District of Texas at the federal level. A proud native of Jackson, Mississippi, Attorney Conston’s dedication to his community is the driving force behind the success of Conston & Associates.
The son of a homicide detective, Darian saw the realities of criminal justice early and chose to pursue a career devoted to fairness. A former wide receiver at Morehouse and an avid fisherman, he brings patience, discipline, and focus to every case, ensuring clients receive thorough attention and honest guidance.
Darian earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law (cum laude, 2003). He completed a Bachelor of Arts in History at Morehouse College (2011). This training—rooted in rigorous scholarship and service—shapes his commitment to careful research, persuasive advocacy, and principled problem-solving for every client.
He is an active member of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
